The Warner Robins C.M.E. Church and Family & Community Life Center can be rented out for Weddings and other Special Events. Our edifice is a warm, inviting place to hold meetings, conferences, trainings, banquets, weddings, parties, and other events, and is fully wheelchair accessible. The Church has rooms of various sizes and configurations available for donation by organizations and private individuals; subject to the availability of the building and the approval of the pastor of WRCME Church. Members of WRCME Church have priority in the use of church buildings and many of the fees associated with the facility donations noted do not apply. Requests for use should be made by calling the church at (478) 923-6326 or email@example.com.
Our sanctuary, with a seating capacity of over 3OO in the pews and 450 with padded chairs, is ideal for wedding, large meetings and concerts. Its carpeted floor, high vaulted ceiling, unique and aesthetic stained-glass windows add an aura of warmth to any event. The main floor is equipped with fixed seating and can be customized for your event. The grand foyer at the front is ideal as a stage or other presentation uses. The sanctuary is equipped with a sound system that will accommodate any sound reinforcement need. Various lighting options are 'also available. Rental includes use of all microphones and use of all regular house lights.
The Reception Hall
Our reception hall has a seating capacity of 500 which includes round and rectangle tables as well as chairs. The reception hall is equipped with a sound system. A stage is available upon request with an additional fee. This room is a blank slate that can be tailored to any theme or mood you wish to create.
The Dining Hall
Our dining hall has the capacity to seat about 120 people which can be tailored with either round or rectangle tables and chairs.
The kitchen includes an industrial stove and refrigerator and plenty of prep area. There is also a industrial sink that includes 3 areas for washing dishes. Due to health regulations, raw food can not be prepared in the kitchen but you can heat or reheat items. The kitchen must be cleaned and all trash must be taken out at the end of each event.
